This includes things like scratches on furniture, stains on carpets, and other types of pet-related damage. 

To submit a pet damage, follow the standard damage submission process through the Waivo portal. Be sure to include photos and a description of the pet damage. 

Waivo will review pet damage claims like any other guest damage submission and reimburse for repair or replacement costs in line with the terms of the damage waiver.
