Damage Notice Fraud Policy*

I hereby certify to have read and understand Waivo’s Damage Notice Fraud Policy, which is as follows: Waivo has a zero-tolerance Damage Notice Fraud Policy. Any attempt to submit fake, false, manipulated, or misleading information via a damage notice to seek reimbursement shall be considered fraud. Information includes photos, receipts, invoices, booking details, and description of damage. Waivo thoroughly reviews all submissions. If Waivo identifies any suspected fraudulent activity, it will investigate and take appropriate disciplinary and legal actions to include the possibility of account termination, litigation, restitution, and forwarding information to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.
