I’ve been with Waivo since last August. I’ve found that the representatives are quick to respond to questions and claims. I’ve submitted 3 claims and they have all been approved and processed efficiently. It’s such a relief to not have to go back through the guests for damages. Highly recommend Waivo

I own a larg-ish vacation rental company, Bretton Woods Vacations, with 135 or so rentals in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We used to struggle with the previous damage waiver provider - it was so much work that it wasn't worth it (had to pay an employee for 2 hours worth of work to get reimbursed for $30). Waivo makes your life easier and gives our clients peace of mind - WELL DONE!
