Please complete the form below to submit a damage or early lease termination notice. Early lease termination may only be submitted if you purchased a Waiver that included early lease termination protection.

Once received, Waivo will begin processing and will communicate with you directly via email within 2 business days. Notice submissions must be provided by completing the form below and are not able to be accepted over the phone or email.

Damage Notices must be submitted within 7 business days after the Tenant has vacated the property.

Early Termination Notices must be submitted to Waivo within 3 business days after the Tenant has provided notice to the Landlord of early termination.

If the lease details and the lease dates on your Waiver purchase do not exactly match the dates on the applicable lease signed by the tenant(s) whom are physically occupying the property, your Waiver will not be deemed valid. All leases must include a lease term start and end date, and any extensions of the rental period beyond the original lease term must be accompanied by a signed lease amendment outlining the updated lease term end date.

In order for a Waiver to be deemed valid, it must have been purchased accurately for the entirety of the stay. Any gaps in protection or failure to purchase an extension prior to the original lease end date or prior to the date notice of early termination is provided by the tenant will not be eligible for reimbursement.

In the event of a shortened rental period, the Landlord is responsible for cancelling any future scheduled payments. The modification must be made by the Landlord upon notice of modification from the tenant and cannot be shortened earlier than the date of notice.

All invoices are subject to validation and must include vendor contact information. Reimbursement is determined based on review of the damage caused and must be in alignment with average costs to remedy similar damages. All information must be submitted within 90 days of the date of submission.

Notice Fraud Policy*

I hereby certify to have read and understand Waivo’s Notice Fraud Policy, which is as follows: Waivo has a zero-tolerance Notice Fraud Policy. Any attempt to submit fake, false, manipulated, or misleading information via a notice to seek reimbursement shall be considered fraud. Information includes photos, receipts, invoices, booking details, and description of damage or early lease termination records. Waivo thoroughly reviews all submissions. If Waivo identifies any suspected fraudulent activity, it will investigate and take appropriate disciplinary and legal actions to include the possibility of account termination, litigation, restitution, and forwarding information to the appropriate authorities for prosecution. Waivo may request a receipt, online listing, and a copy of proof of waiver after responsibility is verified.
