We have been using Waivo as a small property management company for about 6 months. We have only needed to file two claims and both times it has been so easy! This last time was a little more complicated and we worked with Rachel Turlington who responded to all my questions immediately and was very helpful. Our coverage has been approved within hours of submitting documentation both times and they send the money immediately, saving us and the home owners a lot of stress. I could not recommend them more!!

I'll start by saying Waivo was not my first choice for Insurance on my rental properties. I used another large, well-known company in the STR Insurance space and was quite happy. Then overnight "they" seemed to just switch their policies and requirements for eligibility, and as they put I "wasn't doing enough business for them to cover me". This was outlandish and made very little sense as I wasn't filing claims often and paid them every month for a moderate amount of reservations during the slow seasons. I jumped online and spent weeks looking for a replacement insurance company for my rental properties. I have now been working with Waivo for about 2 months and am not only happy/satisfied with their product, but their customer service is second to none. Super quick response times; personable service members and account managers; pleasant and informative service from everyone I've spoken to. The onboarding process is extremely quick. The pricing for coverage is probably the best in the market place as I could not find better. Waivo saved my behind with insuring my upcoming (last minute) reservation within 24 hours of reaching out to them. I feel confident growing my business with Waivo on my side. I would recommend trying them first before the others out there.
