How can I check the status of a submitted damage claim? 

You can check the status of your submitted damage notices by logging into your Waivo portal account. Once logged in, navigate to the “Total Submissions” tab where you will find a list of all your submitted claims along with their current status. If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding a specific claim, please send the damage team a message in the specific damage notice or email us directly at damage@waivo.io
