How long do I have to submit damage? 

Please submit all rental and guest details within 14 days for Waivo Enterprise Clients and 3 days for WaivoNow clients after guest checkout, along with a summary of the damages. Photos of damages or receipts for replacement items/repairs can be provided later if not yet available. However, all additional details and documents must be provided to Waivo within 90 days of the initial damage submission.
