I'm very impressed with the service and coverage that waivo provided my rental. I was a bit skeptical about how it would play out if I needed to file a claim and it was seemless. I had a couch claim where the guest broke the couch, I created a claim, provided a few pictures and they paid out the claim with no questions asked. I'm 100% going to use them on every guest as possible.
